5 Days Serengeti Fly-In Safari
Reduce road time with a light-aircraft connection and focus the safari on Central Serengeti game viewing.
This itinerary is a planning framework rather than a fixed one-size-fits-all departure. Accommodation level, room configuration, road versus fly-in sectors and the order of some game-drive days can be adjusted after dates, group size and travel priorities are confirmed.

Detailed Itinerary
The route below explains the intended flow of each safari day. Exact road timing, game-drive sequence and accommodation are finalized after travel dates and lodge availability are confirmed.
Day 1Arrival in Arusha+
Arrive in northern Tanzania and meet your transfer driver for the drive to Arusha. This first night is deliberately kept light: check in, recover from the flight and meet your safari representative for a practical briefing covering departure time, luggage, vehicle setup, dietary notes and the route ahead. Arusha is Tanzania’s main Northern Circuit gateway, so staying here before the safari reduces pressure on the first game-drive day.
Day 2Central Serengeti+
Enter the central Serengeti and devote the day to the Seronera ecosystem, an area known for year-round resident wildlife. Game drives move between river valleys, kopjes and open plains, looking for big cats as well as elephant, giraffe, buffalo, hippo and plains game. Because Central Serengeti remains productive outside migration months, this is the anchor point of many Northern Circuit safaris. Staying at least two nights allows both early-morning and late-afternoon drives without constantly packing and moving.
